Luke Falk, currentPac-12 record holder and former NFL quarterback, pulls back the curtain on the mental strategies that fueled his rise from an overlooked walk-on to competing at the highest level. Luke walked on as a quarterback at Washington State under legendary coach Mike Leach. Once a kid who thought confidence was reserved for the lucky few, Falk shifted his mindset through sports performance coach Dr. Craig Manning and the teachings of thought leaders like Wayne Dyer where he discovered the power of training the mind. The results were historic. Falk earned a scholarship his second year, became the Pac-12’s all-time leader in passing yards (14,486), touchdowns (119), and total offense (14,086). In 2017 he won the Burlsworth Trophy as the nation’s top walk-on before being drafted into the NFL by the Tennessee Titans with the famed 199th pick.
After his playing career, Falk turned to coaching, first privately and then at the collegiate level at Wingate University & the University of Northern Iowa. Today he is a Mind Strength and High-Performance Coach, helping athletes and coaches unlock potential, master their minds, and elevate both game and life. His methods are rooted in Real Life Experience (RLE), the very tools he used and still practices daily.
Luke lives in Logan, Utah with his wife Meg and their daughter Charlotte.
