Drew Young is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Literary Agent at The Gray + Miller Agency, where he manages relationships with many of the world’s leading publishers, speaking agencies, editors, authors, and thought leaders. In his role, Drew helps guide authors through the publishing process, oversees high-level literary operations, and executes bestselling book campaigns and launch initiatives for more than 200 clients.
Before joining Gray + Miller, Drew served as the primary booking agent for FranklinCovey’s On Leadership podcast, where he helped book more than 500 bestselling authors, celebrities, Fortune 500 executives, and globally recognized leaders. He also supported multiple Wall Street Journal bestselling book campaigns while helping expand the visibility and influence of FranklinCovey’s thought leadership platform.
Drew is a three-time bestselling author in the mental wellness and spiritual inspiration space. His books and speaking have focused on resilience, faith, anxiety, shame, healing, purpose, and helping people move through life’s darkest seasons with hope and practical strength.
He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and their three daughters.
